This is the second of my series of intaglio portraits. I want to work on her eyes a little more, darken them a tad for more contrast.

Finally, I present to you the first in a series of portraits. I am very satisfied with how this etching turned out, especially after messing up the first one I made and having to start from scratch (since this is painted freehand). I am entertaining the thought of printing this with color or maybe adding more tone, but I have a whole month to think about it as the SVA printshop is closed until June. More to show soon!
